If it gets improper listings(business ads, inappropiate comments, or other forbidden info listed below) get out of hand, I will pull the program from the site. Please use Swap and Save for its intended purpose only.
Posting your product or service data on Misawa Swap and Save amounts to implicit agreement with the below-listed rules and stipulations.
Misawa Swap and Save is a listing where individuals may post their specific talents, skills or a product that other members of the community may have a need for. It is meant to facilitate exchanges with other members of the community in a tit-for-tat format. You understand that Misawa Swap and Save does not screen its members, nor do we inquire into members’ backgrounds. Despite the conditions listed on this page, we make no guarantees concerning the conduct of members.
It is the intention of Misawa Swap and Save that no money should change hands in any of the agreements initiated from this website. Swap and Save in not a vehicle for businesses to advertise their products for sale. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation will be removed from member profiles without notice and may result in termination of membership privileges. The staff of MisawaJapan.com will remove any posting that appears to be soliciting paying cusomters. The decision as to what is a fair swap is entirely up to the individuals involved.

A post in this database does not consitute a promise that anyone must accept a swap proposal that you may offer. A swap proposals is merely an offer. No member is under any duress to accept a swap offer.
There are no contracts or other binding forms or agreements provided by MisawaJapan.com concerning Misawa Swap and Save. All swap agreements are intended to be verbal agreements among members of the same close-knit community. If you are not satisfied with this arrangement, perhaps Misawa Swap and Save is not the proper forum for you.
